Subscriptions can be purchased at cloud.digitalanarchy.com. Creating an account at cloud.digitalanarchy.com is necessary to purchase a subscription. After the account is created and purchase is complete, the subscription key and management options will show on your Anarchy Cloud Dashboard.

 The subscription is automatically “Active” and set to have the keys available for use by the account that completed the purchase. Each subscription key will allow you to authorize the plugins on two machines. 

 The “Subscriptions” section of the Dashboard will also show how many activations are in use and which accounts are using each key. Click on the subscription key on your Dashboard to access that information.

Users will receive a serial key immediately when you purchase it. You can link the serial key to their account by adding the subscription key to their Dashboard. Click on the “+” button next to the subscription key, enter the license, click “Ok” and then “Close”. The subscription information will then show on the Dashboard.

 Please notice subscription management options (upgrade, downgrade and cancel) are only available in the account used to purchase a subscription. To make changes to subscriptions added to your dashboard manually, contact the subscription purchaser.

After downloading and running the Anarchy All Access or the Anarchy One Host App installer, all apps will automatically show in the host apps included with your subscription. We ask that you make sure all your apps are closed before running the installer and do not change the directories set for installation.  All apps will show in the Video Effects folder of each host application (Premiere Pro, AE, FCP, etc). If the plugins do not show, here’s a blog post on how to troubleshoot. To enter your subscription key and remove the watermark, apply the plugin to your timeline or double click on the plugin name in the folder. The authorization window will pop-up. Choose to “Authorize” instead of running Demo mode.

 In the “Name” field of the authorization window, enter the email address and then the password of the account linked to the subscription, and follow the next authorization steps. The watermark will disappear and the plugin will be ready for use when authorization is complete.

You can buy a license for a user other than yourself (manager, purchasing dept, etc). If the purchase was made for a different user, you can send the subscription key to them and uncheck the “Usable by this Account” checkbox on your Dashboard. This means no authorizations will be available for use with the purchaser account, but purchaser can still manage the subscription: upgrade, downgrade or cancel
