Anarchy Toolbox is a set of nine tools that create a variety of sophisticated effects. Use fractal noise, grayscale maps and Bezier paths to create painterly blurs, beautiful glows, seamlessly tiled images, and other interesting imagery. It's a toolkit of coolness.

We used the Toolbox's Path Distort to wrap the arrow bitmap along Bezier paths. Behind the arrows, the Smooth Tiler plugin seamlessly duplicated the gear image. [play]

For instance, look at the effects created with two of the rockstar filters of the bunch. Designer Blur creates gorgeous, shape-based blurs. Anarchist Edge redesigns your footage by applying stylized glows to shape edges.
