This page gives you important information about our policies regarding returns, exchanges, electronic delivery, disk shipments, and other pre- and post-sale questions.

Is the product returnable?

What is your return policy? I have decided that I don't need the product.

We do NOT issue refunds. When you receive electronic download instructions in your Inbox, that email is the equivalent of breaking the seal on a CD. The product becomes non-refundable. For this reason, we provide a lot of free information -- including fully working demos and free tutorials -- to help you properly evaluate a Digital Anarchy product before you buy it.

Want to exchange platform (Mac to Windows).

I want to change my Windows to a Mac license. (or vice-versa)

A

We do NOT issue exchanges. If you own a license for Windows and switch over to the Mac platform, we cannot swap your license. We are aware that large companies like Adobe do offer this service. We are a five person company and do not have that ability.

We do, however, offer a 50% discount off the second platform of any product you already own. If you are switching your station from a Mac to Windows (or vice versa) this will help minimize your expenses. Please use this short Request Form to let us know what you need.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Do you accept Purchase Orders? My company does not like to work with credit cards payments.

We generally do NOT accept purchase orders unless you are a non-profit company or an educational facility. In those cases, we will often work on a 30-day purchase order if we can make direct contact with your Purchasing Department. Please use this short Request Form to contact us. We do not work on Purchase Order with resellers.

How quickly will my product arrive?

How is my product sent? How quickly will it arrive?

A

Once you place an order, you will receive three emails. The first two emails confirm your purchase. A third email with product information arrives within 24 hours (and usually within that business day) of your order. This email will contain links to our FTP site for downloading the product installers and PDF manuals. It will also contain your serial numbers to unlock the installers.

If you need your product sooner, please contact sales@digitalanarchy.com between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, US Pacific Time. We'll speed up the product email.

What is a 'digital download'?

What does 'digital download' or 'electronic delivery' mean?

A

'Electronic delivery' or 'digital download' mean that our product fulfillment is done through the internet. We send you an email that has your serial number and links to click for download. This allows us to keep our costs down and pass those savings along to you. Electronic delivery gets the product to you quickly – no waiting for the delivery truck! It is also environment since there's no packaging to throw away.

I want a disk instead.

Can I get a disk instead of an email?

Absolutely. Just choose the shipping charge when you buy your product. Remember, DVD's are optional! There is no printed manual, and all of the material on the DVD can be downloaded or streamed off our website.

If I order a disk, can I Still Download?

If I order a disk, can I still receive the email?

A

Yes. If you order a disk, we will still send you the product email. Even if you don't download the product, it's good to keep the email for your records.

Ship disk in the United States.

How much does it cost to ship a disk in the United States?

A

All packages shipped in the United States are $20.00. These packages are sent via United Sates Post Office (USPS) Priority Mail. USPS typically delivers in 2–3 business days. This service does not provide a tracking number and does not guarantee the delivery time. Remember, DVD's are optional.

If you want to make other arrangements, please contact sales@digitalanarchy.com when you purchase. Packages are mailed at the end of each business day. For weekend orders, the package will go out on Monday afternoon.

Ship disk outside United States.

How much does it cost to ship a disk outside of the United States?

A

All packages shipped internationally are $50.00. These packages are sent via FedEx Service. This service has a guaranteed time of delivery. It also gives us a tracking number, which means we (and you) can see where your package is. If you would like to make other shipping arrangements, please contact us at sales@digitalanarchy.com. FedEx packages are mailed out before 4:00pm each day.

Can I use FedEx, DHL or UPS?

Can I use my own FedEx, DHL, or UPS account?

If you are in the United States, then we can mail a package using your FedEx or UPS account. When you order, please do NOT pay our shipping charge! Contact us instead at sales@digitalanarchy.com. We will need your account number and delivery preference (Next Day, Second Business Day, etc).

If you are outside of the United States, then we cannot use your FedEx or UPS account. These services do not allow a non-US package to be send via a third party account. We CAN use your DHL account.

What is a 'coupon code'?

What is a 'coupon code'? I see that listed on your storefront during checkout.

A

If you are taking advantage of a sale or discounted purchase, you will be given a 'coupon code'. This is a numeric code that reduces the price of your purchase. The discount happens during the checkout process.

How do I use my coupon code?

Q

I am ready to purchase, but I need help using the coupon that you gave me.

Following are simple instructions to buy online. First, go to our online store.

1- Fill out purchase info.

Choose your products. Then click the CHECKOUT button. Your cart will show the non-discount price. In the first Checkout screen, fill out the 'Ship To' info. If your 'Bill To' info is different, please fill out that information also. Then click CONTINUE.

 

2- Enter coupon code.

The following screen will ask you for type of credit card and an optional 'coupon code'. Please enter the unique code we have given you. Then click CONTINUE.

3- Price will recalculate.

The final screen will recalculate the price and show your discount. Now enter in your credit card information and finish the purchase!

If you are a vendor purchasing for a customer, please send us a separate email with the customer's info and your Order Number.
