"ReSizer can scaled footage up to 800 percent via sliders, though you can bypass these and speciy the exact pixel dimensions you need, and many common HD and film resolutions are included in a Preset Manager... [T]his plug-in could save you a ton of money in up-conversaion (and even down-conversion) fees at a post house."

From a July 2006 review in Kenstone.net, reviewer Steve Douglas had this to say:

"Bottom line time... As far as Resizer is concerned, its excellent Quickstart manual leaves out any guessing; it is very stable, easy to use, comes with its own deinterlacer, renders within a reasonable time and accomplishes what it says it will do with excellent results."
